DESCRIPTION
Gylon 3504 is blue in colour and is very compressible due to its inorganic microspheres, thus sealing tighter under lower torque loads. This material is ideal for use wherever lower bolt loads are required to create an efficient seal.
SERVICE
Moderate concentrations of acids, some caustics, hydrocarbons, solvents, refrigerants, hydrogen peroxide and cryogenics. Will not burn or support bacterial growth.
Max recommended temperatures : -268°C to +260°C
Max recommended pressure : 55 BAR / 800 PSI
These temperature and pressure guides cannot necessarily be used
simultaneously and may not apply to all thicknesses.
